Eco-School - The work that led us to the Green Flag Award! |

Along the year, the Eco-School committee keeps record of the activities and events organized to help the school environment. These are recorded in the ‘Action Plan’ and in the ‘Eco-School committee file’. At the beginning of every year, there is an election of the committee, after which the members are given particular roles in the committee such as President, PRO, Secretary and Board Upkeep. This year new members, especially from form 1 joined the Eco School Committee.
Once the roles are settled, the committee does an ‘Environmental review’ to find out more about the state of the school’s environment. This enables the committee to take the necessary actions. Each year, two members of the committee attend the ‘Eco-School Seminar’ during which the award of the green flag is given to schools which deserve it.
