Another activity presented by the Spanish department this year was one involving the mouth-watering dish of PAELLA. This activity involved students in Form3 and Form4. They were given different tasks for this project to be a success. Form 3 students worked on posters which were hung on notice-boards around the school and Form 4 students worked on presentations about Paella – where they presented information about the origins of this Spanish traditional dish and also have shown the different varieties of it. The highlight of this event was the serving of paella to the students. A professional chef showed the students how to cook paella gave them useful tips about the process of cooking this flavourful dish and took them on a journey of tastes when they finally ate a portion of paella. Some even came back for second helpings!!

Students presenting their research to their fellow classmates.
